OTT OR THEATRE? ANUSHKA'S NISHABDHAM CHOOSES TO GIVE PRIORITY TO THIS!

Madhavan and Anushka Shetty's thriller movie Nishabdham movie is the project that was next expected to lock an OTT release, as per media speculation. But quashing rumors about an early OTT release, producer of the movie Kona Venkat has mentioned that they are eyeing a theatrical release and that is the priority, failing which OTT release will be considered as an alternate option. (It is speculated that Amazon Prime has acquired the digital rights of the film.)

In his own words, "Lot of speculations r being made on the release of our film NISHABDHAM in the media. We would like to clarify that “Theatrical release is our top PRIORITY. If the situation isn’t favourable for a long time then our alternate would be to release on OTT platform”. Hope for the best."

Directed by Hemant Madhukar, Nishabdam was touted to be releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and is titled 'Silence' in English. The project was bankrolled by People Media Factory in association with Kona Film Corporation and the music composer of the movie is Gopi Sunder.
