Bollywood legend, Amitabh Bachchan who is super-active on his Twitter gets into trouble when his account got hacked by a group by the name “Ayyildiz Tim Turkish Cyber Armny” on Monday night. Reportedly, the Mumbai Police have initiated an inquiry into the hacking incident.
The hacker group have said to have changed Big B’s display picture on his Twitter handle - @SrBachchan to that of Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan. The group also changed the actor’s bio to “Actor ... well at least some are STILL saying so!! Love Pakistan”.
As if this was not enough, the group tweeted out multiple messages from the actor’s account. The first post has, “This is an important call to the whole world! We do condemn the irrespective behaviours of Iceland republic towards Turkish footballers. We speak softly but carry a big stick and inform you about the big Cyber-attack here. As Ayyıldız Tim Turkish Cyber Armny +++”
Another tweet read, “The Indian State, who mercilessly attacks the Muslims fasting in the month of Ramadan, is attacking the Ummah Muhammad in this age! Indian Muslims are entrusted to us by Abdulhamid.”
One of the pictures with Imran Khan was captioned 'Love Imran Khan'. However, the tweets have been deleted and the account recovered, an official announcement about what happened is yet to come.
