OFFICIAL: AMALA PAUL DEBUTS IN BOLLYWOOD!

This year, the 'Ratsasan' actress will be hitting another high in her career. Amala Paul will be collborating with veteran filmmaker and producer Mahesh Bhatt for a web series that is set in 70s Bollywood era. The show is produced by Jio Studios.

Taking to her Twitter account, Amala Paul expressed that she couldn't have asked for a better 'Bollywood and digital debut'. Shoot for the series has gone of floors, and the show will be directed by Pushpadeep Bhardwaj while Mahesh Bhatt takes up the role of a showrunner.

Several media reports suggested that Amala Paul will be playing the role of yesteryear Bollywood actress Parveen Babi. The supporting cast also include Chhichhore fame Tahir Raj Bhasin and Amrita Puri.
