ONLY FOR THE LOVE FOR SUPERSTAR!

Shankar’s magnum opus 2.0 featuring superstar Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson went on floors recently. The film features Akshay Kumar, who is reported to be doing the role of an antagonist. Akshay who is always known to give 30-35 days for any film of his, is said to have given a long sixty days for this film. This only goes on to show the respect and love the actor has on Superstar and director Shankar.

On the shooting updates, sources aver that the team is on a break now and would begin their next schedule on the 18^th February in Chennai in which Rajinikanth will take part. Akshay’s portions are planned to be shot in the month of March.  

2.0 has AR Rahman’s music and Nirav Shah’s camera work and is produced by Lyca.
