EXCLUSIVE: ''AJITH IS VERY UPSET WITH FEW REPORTS''

Yesterday, we had reported about an unfortunate incident that took place during the shooting of Viswasam. A 42-year old dancer while filming a dance sequence for Viswasam in Mumbai started to puke and complained of anxiety and uneasiness. He was given rest and the shooting was halted. When his condition got worse, he was rushed to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, Saravanan passed away in the hospital.

Ajith apparently spent all his time with Saravanan from taking him to the hospital, arranging his medical procedures and also made immediate arrangements for Saravanan's body to be flown down to Chennai. On Sunday, Saravanan's body was brought down here and cremated in Saidapet. It is also said that Ajith had provided monetary assistance to Saravanan's family.

When we got in touch with Ajith's spokesperson to know more about this incident, He revealed "Ajith is apparently very upset to see few media reports which have projected more about him helping Saravanan on a monetary basis which was exaggerated in some section of the media. He feels that we are failing to focus on an unfortunate incident that happened to an artist. It is just a humanity act expected from a colleague in the unit and highlighting it is not right at the time of grief and loss."
