Ajith, fondly referred to as Thala in the industry, is among the top stars of Tamil cinema. Earlier in the day, his house in the city received a bomb threat which turned out to be a hoax. As much as it is a disgusting thing to happen, stars are easy targets of miscreants who make such calls and waste the time of the police department as well.
Ajith was last seen in Nerkonda Paarvai that was helmed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. The trio is coming together for Valimai which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Updates about the movie have been delayed owing to the current pandemic.
Earlier, Ajith had donated Rs 25 lakh to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu’s Coronavirus relief fund via a bank transfer. His manager officially confirmed the news on his social media.
