Post which, the actor had officially kickstarted his next project. On the occasion of his birthday, the actor’s next which is being referred to as JR28 was launched with a formal pooja. Directed by Kalyanakrishnan, the upcoming film is produced by Screen Scene Studios and would feature Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead.
Now, it has been learnt that the actor will be teaming up with popular director Ahmed who had earlier directed films like Vaamanan, Endrendrum Punnagai and Manithan, again for the second time.
We had previously reported that Jayam Ravi is teaming up with Ahmed for a film titled Jana Gana Mana featuring Taapsee Pannu in the lead. It's now known that the duo will collaborate for another project before the completion of their first film which is said to be bankrolled by Passion Studios!
