Earlier, it was reported that the actress will be seen in a crucial role in Shankar’s Indian 2 that features Kamal Haasan in the lead. Now, there is another interesting update. The actress has grabbed a big deal again! She has been roped in to play as the female lead in Chiyaan Vikram’s next!

Chiyaan Vikram is currently basking in the success of his latest venture, Kadaram Kondan that had hit the big screens yesterday and features Akshara Haasan in the lead role while Abi Hassan and Lena play supporting roles. Post which he will be next working for his next project which has been tentatively titled as Vikram 58. Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, the upcoming film is bankrolled by Viacom Studios, in association with Seven Screen studio.

While it was recently announced that the Oscar-winning music composer AR Rahman is all set to compose music for the film and the film’s cinematography will be handled by Sivakumar Vijayan who had last shown his magic in Suriya’s NGK, this new addition has surely stirred up one’s excitement! However, an official word is awaited!
