Actress VJ Chitra had always been a favorite TV celeb for the masses. Her humility and jovial nature made her, in recent times, one of the happening small screen celebrities. She is remembered as one of the most active and positive persons in life, by her friends and family.

However her death by suicide left fans reeling, and thus, investigation and inquiry were launched into her death. Apparently according to reports, the cause of her death were zeroed in as suicide. However, now according to the latest information, Chithu's husband Hemnath, whom she married 2 months ago apparently, has been arrested on grounds for alleged abetment to suicide of the actress.

It is to be noted that Hemnath has spent 6 days, almost a week being interrogated in this case, and now an arrest has been made. More details on the same is awaited.
