The actress recently participated in Miley Cyrus's Instagram show - Bright Minded. Gomez participated in the Finale Friday episode of the show, which also included Elton John, Kerry Washington, and Jimmy Fallon.
'Bright Minded: Live with Miley' was the show Cyrus conducted on Instagram to "Connect with special guests discussing how to stay LIT with love in dark times!". Gomez appeared in the 15th episode of the show, in which she opened up about her bipolar disorder diagnosis.
She said, "I went to one of the best mental hospitals in America - McClean Hospital. I discussed that after years of going through a lot of different things, I realized I was bipolar," Gomez told Cyrus. "And so when I got to know more information, it helps me. It doesn't scare me once I know it."
