Vijay Antony’s next film ‘Thamizharasan’, has an ensemble cast of Suresh Gopi, Sonu Sood, Remya Nambeesan, Radha Ravi, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu and others. Meanwhile, a popular actress has been roped in to play a crucial role in the movie.
Sangeetha, who was last seen in Vikram Prabhu’s 2017 film ‘Neruppu Da’, is making a comeback after 2 years with this film. She will be seen playing the role of a doctor in this movie, and her character plays a crucial role in the movie.
Speaking about her return to acting, Sangeetha says “I did not take up any movies for the past 2 years because I felt the role was not right for me. I felt this character in ‘Thamizharasan’ will be highly talked about, since it is very interesting. I took up this role because it is a very powerful character.”
‘Thamizharasan’, directed by Babu Yogeshwaran also stars Y.G Mahendran, Munishkanth and Sendrayan, along with the others. It has music by Maestro Ilayaraja and cinematography by R.D.Rajasekhar. The project is bankrolled by Kousalya Rani under the banner SNS Movies.
