Talented artists that include Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Lal, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Riyaz Khan are amongst the many well-known artists who are part of the crew.
The makers had surprised all of us by unveiling a new official poster that stated that the first part of this magnum opus will be released in 2022. Recently, makers had unveiled a new poster that stated that the filming has been completed.

Now, acclaimed classical dancer Vidhya Subramanian, who plays an important role in Ponniyin Selvan, shared on her Instagram, “Just came back from dubbing for the first time. On a roll with the out of comfort zone thing. Now for a Varnam to hit the reset button.”
