OFFICIAL: VISHAL TURNS DIRECTOR

After an impressive stint as an actor, Vishal will be soon making his directorial debut. Having embarked on his journey in the industry as assistant director to Action King Arjun, his onscreen magic in hero avatar has captured the universal hearts. With an impeccable journey as Secretary of South Indian Artistes Association and Tamil Film Producer Council President, Vishal has kick-started his directorial journey on full swing.

Talking about his first directorial outing Vishal says, “The film will be completely based on animals, which will have its theme similar to Hollywood movies of the same genre.  I had the idea conceived before a long time and it has now reached the final stage of scripting. The pre-production phase will have its commencement by January 2019, which includes the training of animals followed by finalization of cast and crew.”

Furthermore, while getting to shed lights on the casting of actors, Vishal adds that the film will have animals, especially stray dogs in major roles. However, it will have a famous actress essaying an important character in the film.

It is worth mentioning that Vishal himself has been a fervent lover of animals in real life, where he has stood up for animal welfare in many occasions including the killing of stray dogs and slaughtering of cattle.

The official announcement about the film will be made at the beginning of 2019. On the other hand, Vishal is briskly shooting for his upcoming film ‘Ayogya’, which has Raashi Khanna in the female lead role.
