To commemorate this special feat, we are coming up with a special edition of Behindwoods Gold Medals. This year, the extravaganza will take place at Chennai Trade Center, Nandambakkam, on 16th December. Behindwoods Gold Medals is a prestigious set of awards to honour the best performers and contributors to Indian cinema which was started in the year 2014. 

Behindwoods Gold Medals has instituted Special Medal Categories in the name of Legendary Director K. Balachandher - KB GOLD MEDAL FOR EXCELLENCE IN INDIAN CINEMA, Legendary Musician MS Viswanathan - MSV GOLD MEDAL FOR EXCELLENCE IN MUSIC, and Legendary Production house AVM - AVM GOLD MEDAL FOR THE VISIONARY OF INDIAN CINEMA, with authorization of each of their families.

Mr. SS Rajamouli in 2018, Mr. Vijay in 2017, Mr. Shankar in 2016, Mr. Kamal Haasan in 2015 and Late Shri K. Balachander in 2014 are some of the biggest names of Indian film industry who have made their presence felt at Behindwoods Gold Medals. Who could it be this year?
