Karthik Subbaraj must be a happy man as his latest directorial film, Petta, with Superstar Rajinikanth has opened on a grand note. The film is being celebrated by Rajinikanth fans, who have witnessed the nostalgic Thalaivar moments on the big screen.
Vettri Theatres celebrated the successful opening of Petta which was attended by Karthik Subbaraj, editor Vivek Harshan, and others. Rakesh Gowthaman, Managing Director of Vettri Theatres took to his Twitter space to share this news, along with few pictures from the event.
He also shared a very sweet and emotional incident that happened in his theatre when a man fell at Karthik Subbaraj and praised him for Petta. Rakesh tweeted, "While @karthiksubbaraj was walking back in #Vettri lobby, a 55yr old man ran to him and fell on his feet. KS with a shock pulled him up “Enna Anna Ippadillam”. That man hugged KS and said “En Thalaivane nee thirumba kuduthittiye”
