Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsOne of Karthi’s much awaited projects is ‘Sulthan’, which is helmed by ‘Remo’ director Bakkiyaraj Kannan. It is bankrolled by SR Prabhu under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures.
‘Sulthan’ also marked actress Rashmika Mandanna’s Tamil debut and her fans were impressed watching her on the big screens. Apart from the leads, the film also features Napoleon, Lal, Yogi Babu, Ramachandra Raju amongst others in prominent roles.
The movie had hit the theatres on 2nd April 2021 and was all set to premier in the OTT platform on May 2nd. But due to the sudden new lockdown rules where the theatres will remain closed from April 26 in Tamil Nadu, a new date is announced.
Accordingly, the film has been preponed to April 30. The Tamil and Telugu version will be premiered 2 days earlier and fans are excited to catch this new next step from the team!
