16 PEOPLE ARRESTED, OVER 2000 DVDS OF BAAHUBALI SEIZED ACROSS CHENNAI

SS Rajamouli’s epic film Baahubali 2 released to unanimously positive reviews and feedback around 10 days ago.
It was reported that 16 people were arrested and around 2100 pirated DVDs of Baahubali 2 were seized in Chennai, following a complaint filed by the president of Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC), actor-producer Vishal.
Vishal and the other TFPC members who met commissioner Karan Singh, addressed the media and told them about how they had fully informed the commissioner about these illegal activities.
Just within the next few hours, 16 people from areas like Nethaji Bazaar, Burma Bazaar, Rattan Bazaar and Sathya Bazaar in Chennai were arrested and pirated DVDs seized. It is said that, apart from Baahubali 2, there were DVDs of recently released films like Kavan, Dora and Pa Pandi.
