The 'Rowdy' makes brisk progress

The 1st schedule of the Vijay Sethupathi - Nayanthara starrer, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan directed by Vignesh Shivan, was completed in Pondicherry some time back. 40% of the movie is done so far, and talkie portions were exclusively shot in the 1st schedule. A shooting spot clip of Nayanthara purchasing beer from a shop, went viral and created quite a stir.

The second schedule would commence tomorrow, and would go on in Chennai and Pondy again. The release date of the film hasn't been planned yet, as there is still a substantial chunk of work to be completed.
