Shruti Haasan OUT, Tamannaah IN ...

We had reported earlier that Karthi and Nagarjuna were to act in a Tamil-Telugu bilingual directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Initially, Shruti Haasan was roped in as the female lead for the movie. 

 

However, following Shruti's dropping out of the project due to date clashes and the producer's disappointment with the whole issue, the team has moved on and has replaced Shruti Haasan with Tamannaah.

 

The shooting for this untitled project had started recently after a pooja that was attended by the likes of Karthi, Nagarjuna, Sivakumar and many more.
