President honors a Tamil film !

Known for churning biopics like Bharathi and Periyar, filmmaker Gnana Rajasekaran directed Ramanujan last year. The film was critically appreciated for the authenticity and ingenuity in reprising the life of the math wizard.

A special feat has happened to team Ramanujan and they indeed have to be extremely proud of it. From the Rashtrapati Bhavan itself, there has been an invite to Camphor cinema, the producers of Ramanujan to have an exclusive screening arranged for Honorable President Pranab Mukherjee.

Cast and crew of Ramanujan got felicitated by our President and he is said to have enjoyed the movie and was completely floored by the making of the film.
