A cameo by a very special person in this film!

‘Pal’aandu Vaazhga being directed by Anjana of Veppam fame is getting canned at a steady pace. The film features Rahul Ravindran and Wasna Ahmed in lead roles powerfully supported by Poornima Jayaram, Chandni and others.

Updating on the film’s progress and the work of the artists, exclusively to behindwoods, Anjana states, “We have completed roughly half the talkie portion of the film. There is a lot of great energy on sets with some terrific performers all around - Poornima Jayaram, Chandni, Devadarshini, Thalaivasal Vijay, Prem, Vinodini to name a few. We have an eclectic mix of seasoned artistes and some faces we've not seen on screen before so the dynamic is interesting and fresh...”

Anjana is quite excited to be working with her leads Rahul and Wasna.  She furthers, “Rahul is everyone's favorite on set because he is totally relaxed and at home with us”.

Music for ‘Pal’aandu Vaazhga is scored by Satish Chakravarthy and Anjana has all praise for this talented composer. She adds, “My music director Satish is working overtime on the film's songs. I am waiting to finalize two more songs out of a total of five. Until now, no two people in the team have the same favorite out of the three songs so I'm waiting to see how everyone else is going to react to them”

The rest of the film is planned to be shot in a massive schedule and Anjana also confirms that there would be an interesting guest appearance from someone very very special.
