Yaan- Abhishek Bachchan’s honeymoon assignment

The post music-release press meet of Yaan happened today at Residency Towers, Chennai. Talking during the event the director of the film, Ravi K Chandran said that the story of Yaan was inspired from a newspaper article. Abhishek Bachchan had also apparently gone through the script during his honeymoon.

Introducing the project, Jiiva said that Yaan is about a simple guy, who is put through a hard situation. Reportedly, Yaan has a social thought and romance as its central content. Jiiva also clarified that the geographical difficulties involved, made the film a time-consuming project.

The actor was also all praise for Harris. “Of the four albums he has given me, Yaan is the best”, he said.
