Nikki Galrani joins the list of serious performers..

Nikki Galrani is a woman on a mission. She will be seen in all the four South Indian languages this year. While her movies in Malayalam - 1983 and Ohm Shanthi Oshaana, and in Kannada - Ajith and Jamboo Savari, are released already, she is all set for her movie - Yaagavarayinum Naa Kaakka (YNK) - in Tamil and Telugu, to release.

In an exclusive chat with our Behindwoods correspondent, Nikki talks about YNK, the shooting experience, and the YNK team.

About the movie, she says, "YNK is a very realistic movie. Frame to frame, you will find nothing overdone. People can relate to it on a daily basis." However, she did not reveal anything about her character in YNK. She wants us to wait for the movie release.

She said she felt at home in Chennai. "My mother is from Chennai, and that's my old bondage with the city. And, though I am from Bangalore, my team, Aadhi's producer/father and Aadhi's director/brother Prabhas Pinisetty made sure that I did not feel like an outsider."

Well, Aadhi's movies have always had a good role for not just him, the heroines as well - Mirugam's Padmapriya, Aravaan's Dhansika, and Eeram's Sindhu Menon. Nikki is all set to join the elite list!
