Simbu - ''I am disappointed too, for not fulfilling the desires of my fans''

Simbu's Vaalu which was earlier touted to release on December 24th as an year-end Christmas treat, has now been pushed to February 3, for Simbu's birthday. Though this news was sort of a disappointment to ardent Simbu fans, they are still as energetic and enthusiastic as ever. The star shared his thoughts in a press statement.

"As an actor my job is limited, limited to acting and sharing inputs and creative thoughts here and there. I never interfere in any trade related activities of my film be it the distribution or exhibition. Needless to say I am disappointed too, for not fulfilling the desires of my fans. But this is the law of the trade and I abide by it. Regrets apart, I wish to welcome the year 2015 with 'Vaalu' in February and follow it up with 'Idhu Namma Aalu' as a mid summer treat"

If all things go as per plan, the early part of 2015 would see two Simbu films in quick succession. We'll hope for that.
