Karthi's Madras completes an important milestone

Karthi is back to winning ways with Madras, one of those movies that has both been critically and commercially acclaimed. This North Chennai based political drama enters its 50^th day today in few screens across Tamil Nadu.

Pa. Ranjith, who rose to fame through his debut film Attakathi, has now made it two hits in a row, with Madras. Both the movies are completely different from each other. His next directorial venture, with Suriya in the lead, is keenly looked forward to by the masses now.

Catherine Tresa made her Kollywood debut through Madras. With subtle expressions and good lip-sync, the pretty lady was impressive in her own way.
