“I have put my dreams aside for Rajinikanth”

While Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kochadaiiyaan is gearing up for a May 9^th release, the Padayappa hero is already geared up for his next with director K S Ravikumar for Lingaa which will have Anushka and Sonakshi Sinha as his lady leads.

Lingaa will be cinematographed by Rathnavelu (Randy) who had earlier worked with Rajinikanth in Endhiran. While discussing about how he came on board, Rathnavelu says, “I was planning to direct a film and hence I was working on the script. That’s why I did not accept any projects. However when Rajini sir himself called me, I could not say No. I have set aside my dreams of direction for the superstar”.

Lingaa unit will be having their first schedule in Mysore after which they will shift to Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.
