From the American Film Institute to Kollywood

Coming from the legendary family of Pinisetty, Sathya grew up watching how films were made. His father Ravi Raja Pinisetty is one of the most accomplished film directors in the Indian film industry and his brother Aadhi has already cemented his position in Kollywood as a powerful performer through Mirugam, Eeram and Aravan.

Though Sathya had the platform to experiment, he spent two years at the American Film Institute, one among the world's top ranked film schools to learn the craft at a global level. After AFI, Sathya spent two years on the script of Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka and decided to produce the same under their home banner, Aadarsha Chitralaya. He was focused to make his debut in Tamil eventhough his family is well-established in the Telugu industry.

Sathya also holds an MBA from the University of Wales, England which helps him to efficiently handle both the roles as the producer and director of Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka.
