Why was Pandianadu granted a U/A ?

Vishal's Pandianadu, directed by Suseenthiran, was sent for censoring a few days back and it came out with a U/A certificate. The movie has now been sent to the revising committee as the team is trying for a U certificate for obvious tax exemption benefits.

When we investigated on the reasons for the U/A, it is said that the second half packs a lot of riveting action sequences much like the director's earlier Naan Mahaan Alla. The team is optimistic of getting a good revert from the revising committee and also maintains that there is no change in their Diwali release plans.
