Yuvan's debut in his 100th
Aug 01, 2013Biriyani's music continues to offer more and more surprise packages. First it was the teaming up of Imman, G V Prakash, Thaman and Vijay Anthony along with Yuvan, for a motivational song in the film. And now, we hear that Yuvan has worked on a remix track for his own composition, for the first time in Biriyani.
For one of his compositions in this Venkat Prabhu film, Yuvan has done a rocking remix version unlike earlier Venkat Prabhu films, where it was Premgi Amaren who did the remix honors for tracks like Jalsa (Chennai 28), the Goa title song and Vilayadu Mankatha. Even in some of the other Yuvan albums such as Vallavan and Pattiyal, Premgi was responsible for the groovy remix versions. We have to see how Yuvan stumps us with his remix in Biriyani, his 100th musical.
Premgi hasn't been left behind either as he will also have a remix version for one of Biriyani's other songs, to his credit.
It must be noted that some of Yuvan's popular rehashed songs such as Yen Aasa Mythiliye, Aasai Nooru Vagai, Thillu Mullu, My Name is Billa and Vethalaiya Potendi were remixed versions of the original songs, composed by other composers. Biriyani will mark the first time, that Yuvan is remixing his own composition.
Meanwhile, the teaser of the above mentioned star-studded motivational song is positively expected to be unveiled this weekend, by Saturday night. The grand launch of the Biriyani album will happen next weekend on August 10th, and all arrangements are happening in this regard.
