The climax of director Arivazhagan’s Vallinam starring Nakul has reportedly cost a whopping one crore in production costs. The story of Vallinam revolves around two competitive sportspersons, one a basketball player and the other a cricketer, who cross each other’s paths in life.

The magnificent climax will supposedly take place on the basketball court which was refurbished to meet international standards. The sequence also required thousands of extras to make up for the atmosphere and they were recalled for an entire week. These sort of grandiose requirements have added up to the steeping cost of the climax.
