‘What
is worse than bad ethics? Executing
them, without any qualms whatsoever.
Sivagiri has everything you
wouldn’t want to see in
a movie, or anywhere for that
matter. With a putrid storyline,
awful acting and actors, the
movie ends up feeling like an
unintentional spoof, only that
it’s sincerely serious.
The movie is about two friends
of whom one turns out to be
a heinous villain who is into
getting back at his friend for
having married the girl on whom
he had a crush , manufacturing
bio weapons and all that. Oh
yes, he does go to the extent
of manufacturing bio weapons
to prove his anti-social capabilities.
Now the hero friend has the
responsibility to nail the bad
guy and save the country and
his wife in the process. Before
we forget, the hero friend is
an IPS and the bad one a Scientist.
But it is not all that depressing.
There are Rakshana, Rukshana,
Shanthini and Risha for the
hero to have a ball and the
audience to squirm and shift
in their seats. All of them
make sure there’s enough
display of skin, flesh and more
– meant to supposedly
add a dash of glamour. Whatever!
