| A
crime thriller film, Yuddham Sei has been
written and directed by Mysskin and has
director Cheran in the lead role along with
debutant Dipa Shah. With his previous films
Chithiram Pesudhadi, Anjaathey and Nandhalala
to his credit, Yuddham Sei is again expected
to be a presentation with a difference breezing
through reality. It is produced by Kalpathi
S Agoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh and Kalpathi
S Suresh under the banner of AGS Entertainment. |

The storyline runs through the violence that each one
of us is forced to come across every day. It touches
the blood shedding incidents that take place in the
society. People around have become very tolerant these
days to the crimes happening around, trying to secure
themselves than question these wrong doers. The film
is supposed to have come out with solutions. The screenplay
has been written to project the emotions woven in hapless
silent spectators during crimes.
Cheran is said to have performed his CBI officer role
with ease. He has learned the mannerisms of these real-life
officers and in fact sports a trim look too. Mumbai
girl Dipa Shah playing the female lead makes her debut
in Tamil cinema through this venture.
Jayaprakash,Y. Gee. Mahendra, Selva, Srushti Tango Shankar,
director Marimuthu, Manicka Vinayagam, , Yugendran and
Shruthi have donned supportive roles. Neetu Chandra,
Ameer Sultan and Charu Nivedita make special appearances.
Actress Lakshmi Ramakrishnan is said to have tonsured
her head for her ‘rare lifetime role’ and
has already been acclaimed for her exemplary performance
in the movie. Superstar Rajinikanth, K S Ravikumar,
Gautham Vasudev Menon and Vasanth have appreciated that
the film had something new to offer after watching a
special show recently.
Music composer K is making his debut through Yuddham
Sei. He has scored music for many short films and documentaries.
The songs and themes of this mellifluous debut album
have been acclaimed as rich and vibrant. Action Prakash
is in charge of stunts. Sathya, an assistant of P C
Sriram is handling the camera.
We will wait and see on 4th February when Yuddham Sei
hits theatres, how this film creates an impact on the
society to wage war against wrong happenings around. |
