Actor Vishnu who impressed the audience with his performance in Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu, Bale Pandiya and Drohi is back with Kullanari Kootam. The film comprises of a huge cast of which most of them were a part of the Venilla Kabbadi Kuzhu team. Sri Balaji, the director of this film was an associate director of Suseendran and worked in Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu.

Kullanari Kootam is set in Madurai but it is not a revenge drama and it has nothing to do with violence. The movie revolves around Vishnu who plays a happy-go-lucky guy and believes that all is fair in love and war. Remya Nambeesan is Vishnu’s love interest and she will essay the character of a naughty and fun loving local girl. The film is said to be a complete family entertainer with comedy, romance and songs.

The audio which was launched by AR Rahman is creating a buzz for its soulful and variety song. The songs have been composed by Carnatic percussionist Selvaganesh who has earlier given some popular numbers.

The film produced by Aasish Jain and directed by Sri Balaji might be the big break that actor Vishnu has been waiting for.
