The
old dilapidated building of Nadigar Sangam
will soon be replaced by a new building,
thanks to its President Sarathkumar. The
new construction would be a five floored
one with separate wings for theatre, drama,
conference room, library and administrative
wing.
As far as the latest technology is
concerned there would be separate
suite for editing. There is also space
allotted for trade centre which will
felicitate the continuous inflow of
money for the Sangam. As part of the
initial step, the blue print of the
building has been drawn and is approved.
Now, it is expected that the construction
would soon commence and get completed
within a year.
While Sarathkumar was the secretary
of the council, he played a major
role in meeting up with the bank authorities
and clearing the loan which was incurred
earlier.
Now
the heads of three different councils have
changed and the registration for Nadigar
Sangam is still not renewed. Would this
affect the construction of this new building?
