Four films from Shankar’s kitty

The release of Sivaji has been eagerly awaited by different people for different reasons. Rajni’s fans are anticipating the release to enjoy the favorite idol on screen. But there are a group of four directors who are waiting for the release of Sivaji for totally a different reason. Director Shankar has plans to produce four films under his banner S pictures for four different directors, but only after Sivaji hits the theatres.

Director Balaji Sakthivel who had directed Kaadal has been very firm that he will only do films for S pictures and has been waiting for past three years. He is now ready with a story. Meanwhile Simbudevan of 23aam pulakesi fame, Shelvan who directed ‘Suri’ and Gandhi Krishna of Chellame are the other three directors whose films will be funded by Shankar. Interestingly all these films are going to be launched simultaneously on the same day. Currently these directors are busy with their scripts and in preparing the launch invitation.
