It is heartening to note that social empathy
is on the rise especially in people belonging
to the glamour world. When stars have a huge
fan following which is being used for the
betterment of the society, they certainly
need to be patted at the back. Kollywood can
boast itself to be an abode of such socially
conscious stars who are willing to make a
difference to the society that they belong
to.

One such star is the young Trisha whose fan club has been
actively engaged in numerous social welfare activities.
To intensify these activities, she has planned to launch
a foundation in her name on the 4th of May which happens
to be her birthday. This function will be held at 10 in
the morning at the Adyar Patrician college grounds. She
will be distributing membership forms for people intending
to join her fan club and identity cards to existing members.
Trisha has put forth a few interesting eligibility criteria
to join her fan club. It is imperative for all the members
to donate blood or to bring in a new member. People who
are agreeing to these criteria alone can join her fan
club. She will also be announcing the administrative members
of her fan club. Two websites dedicated to the actress
will also be launched. Five hundred fans of Trisha will
be donating blood as a part of tomorrow’s program.
Besides these noble deeds, Trisha will be spending her
birth day at Adyar Cancer institute where she will be
distributing clothes, uniform and food to cancer affected
children. At this juncture it should be mentioned that
Trisha’s fan club has already adopted ten destitute
children and is supplying food five times in a month to
cancer patients, mentally challenged people and orphanages.
Kudos to you Trisha, keep the good work going…
