Sivaji is creating tidal waves over here. Getting a ticket is very difficult and the distributor has switched off his cellphone to avoid calls requesting for tickets. A kannada organisation is threatening to block the movie but is unsuccessful as there are tight security. Usually Hindi and English movies receive huge openings and have immense popularity but Tamil movies runs in theatres like PVR for less than 3 weeks and that too with just 2 or 3 shows per day. But Sivaji has opened with seven shows a day in PVR against Jhoom Barabar Jhoom's 5 shows a day and Fantastic four's 2 shows a day which released alongside Sivaji this Friday. This clearly shows that Superstar is mightier than a bollywood multi-starer containing Preity Zinta, Abhishek Bachchan, Lara Dutta, Amithabh Bachchan and Bobby Deol produced by Yashraj Films.
