Power Star Dr. Srinivasan was arrested a few days back on charges of fraud and he is being held in the Puzhal prison as reported earlier. Now the shoot of Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya (KLTA) in which he has a prominent role along with Santhanam, has been delayed.
Santhanam is now waiting for the Power Star to return from jail so that the shoots can be resumed. Meanwhile, earlier the special song which STR was supposed to do for KLTA was also affected due to rain and this song would also be canned once Srinivasan returns from jail.
