The visual effects in Maattrraan have been completed and the final edit of the movie is also done. The running time of the movie has been fixed as 168 minutes after KV Anand showed the final edit to a few people not associated with the movie and received encouraging feedback.
Now Harris Jayaraj is working on the background score of the movie which is expected to be complete in about two weeks' time so that Maattrraan can be sent for the censoring process. The release date of October 12 has to be met by the team.
Now the Maattrraan team is all set for the final race towards the release date.
