That the Mani Ratnam starrer Kadal is making fast progress is old news. The director is making an earthy love story after quite awhile and the film stars the next generation of stars like Gautam (Karthik's son) and Thulasi (Radha's younger daughter).
Given the craze for Mani Ratnam all over the South, this movie will also be dubbed into Telugu and will be released under the name Kadali. The movie is a love story set in a coastal village of Tamil Nadu.
Kadal also boasts of a strong supporting cast in the form of Arjun, Aravind Swamy and others. Mani's regulars like Rahman and Rajiv Menon are also working in this much expected movie.
