Vikram plays a blind man and an exponent in echolocation in his upcoming revenge story, Thaandavam. The actor plays a character named Kenny, who avenges the evil done to him. Interestingly, the character's name was disclosed by Daniel Kish, the inspiration behind Thaandavam, while addressing the press recently.
Director AL Vijay also says that this is a very beautiful love story, to which Vikram agrees. Anushka and Amy Jackson play the female leads in the film and Santhanam plays an illegal immigrant, who uses the mask of a taxi driver. Jagapathy Babu plays the antagonist and is said to be the catalyst in bringing the twists in the story.
The film is under the last leg of post-production and will be presented before the censor board next week. The film will hit the screens on September 28th.
