G.V.Prakash has been slowly making inroads into Bollywood with his scores for Gangs of Wasseypur (GOW) and Joker. On the other hand, his music for Tamil films like Thaandavam has also met with good response. He is doing a very good balancing act, one must say.
He has now signed a new project in Hindi to be directed again by his GOW director Anurag Kashyap. This film has been titled Ugly and the subject is supposed to be very contemporary and challenging to the young composer.
In Tamil, Bala's Paradesi would be his next music release.
