Sasikumar’s Sundarapandian has come out clean with a ‘U’ certificate from the censor board. The film has been directed by Prabhakaran, one of Sasikumar’s own assistants. Lakshmi Menon is playing the female lead, and Vijay Sethupathi, Soori, Inigo Prabhakaran and Naren are playing supporting roles.
Sasi Kumar, who is also the producer of the film, would be very satisfied with the certificate, considering that he wouldn’t have to worry about the recent rule that says ‘A’ rated film are prohibited from being telecast on television. The film will hit the screens on September 14th.
