Exactly 20 years after putting a pause to her happening acting career, the beautiful Amala Akkineni is making a comeback to the film industry through a Telugu movie titled Life is Beautiful. Sekhar Kammula of 'Leader' fame directs this film in which Amala plays the role of a young mother.
She was initially apprehensive as she was coming back after a long gap but finally said yes, thanks to the director's persistent efforts to convince her. This movie is scheduled to release on September 14.
Amala is also a noted social activist and the wife of superstar Nagarjuna. One must say she looks gorgeous and youthful even after so many years away from the glamour world. She is undecided about continuing her stint in films and just treats this film as a 'spur of the moment' decision.
