The song "Naughty Raja Raja" from Karuppampatti, sung by Bappi Lahiri and composed by Kannan, has hit the right notes not only with the fans but also with a noted Bollywood celebrity.
Abhishek Bachchan happened to listen to this song in Bappi Lahiri's studio in Mumbai. He immediately predicted that this song would become as big a hit as Bappi's famous hit song "I am a Disco Dancer", if it is released in Hindi. He also said that he would be using this song in one of his films.
Now a production house which is close to the actor is in talks with the producer of Karuppampatti to buy the rights of this song for an undisclosed amount. Now, the Tamil version of this song would also be re-shot as per the producer's wish, to match the current hype levels for this song.
