Venkat Prabhu has kick started his game show titled 'Kollywood King' on Vijay TV and the show has been getting good response from film buffs and other TV viewers too. It is being aired on Sundays.
The first episode was dedicated to Ajith and featured questions about the Mankatha star. Venkat Prabhu revealed on the show that he became a staunch Ajith fan ever since Dheena which was released in 2001 and gave Ajith the nickname 'Thala'. Venkat even thanked fellow director Murugadoss for giving Dheena as a treat to all Ajith fans.
