The Settai team is back from Mumbai after an extended schedule which featured all the cast members like Arya, Hansika, Anjali, Premgi and Santhanam. The team procured permission to shoot at the Gateway of India, Mumbai after sustained efforts for close to a month. Generally, permission isn't given to shoot at this hot spot.
During this schedule, a friendship montage song was shot featuring the trio of Arya, Premgi and Santhanam. A dangerous bike skidding scene was also shot with Arya riding the bike and Santhanam riding the pillion. Silva was the stunt master for this scene in which Santhanam bravely said no for a stunt double. The team was happy with his attitude and the stunt was completed successfully with proper stunt precautions with just Arya getting a few minor scratches.
Settai is directed by Kannan and is produced by UTV Motion Pictures.
