This year’s big deepavali box office battle looks to be fierce and exciting. It’s going to be a three way match-up between Vijay’s Thuppakki, STR’s Poda Podi and Prabhu Solomon’s Kumki. All three films are being released under different banners and all three films promise to offer something different from the others.
Thuppakki has a big star in Vijay and a big director in A.R. Murugadoss coming together for the first time. Poda Podi will feature a brand new chemistry between two talented dancers, STR and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar. Kumki has already captivated the audience with its excellent music and great things are expected from Prabhu Solomon after Mynaa.
So it will be interesting to see which of these the audiences will vote as the winner in this year’s deepavali race!
