Mani Ratnam is keeping his Kadal as secretive as possible. After the exit of Samantha from the project, he roped in Radha’s younger daughter, Thulasi Nair for the role. Gautham Karthik is playing the lead.
Mani Ratnam has allegedly passed a condition to the parents of both the lead actors, Radha and Karthik that they dont allow anyone to take pictures of Gautham and Thulasi, as he wants to keep their identities a secret, till the film hits the screens. Thulasi gave an interview recently for a daily, but refused to pose for a photo. Looks like she’s keeping up the promise!
