Recently after seeing a screening of his brother's upcoming film Maattrraan, Karthi felt so overwhelmed that he has reportedly said that he wished he had been born as a conjoined twin to his brother Suriya.
Karthi is also associated with the Telugu version of the film as a dubbing artist for one of Suriya's characters in the movie named Vimalan. Suriya has also said that Maattrraan would be an emotional film which would explore the sensitive relationship between two conjoined twins.
The film is being censored today and the release date has been fixed as October 12.
